Work and Women



It is true to say that woman have made major inroads in the business world and many are now totally accepted at all levels - with earnings and influence on a par with the 'menfolk' and are treated equally and on merit alone when promotion is considered.  Some industries and businesses, though, still have an old fashioned concept and women face major barriers when trying to compete with their male colleagues - hence the abundance of websites devoted to 'working women' - we have listed many of them below.
