WORK AND WOMEN

Beauty - Anti Ageing Information

If you're still in your early twenties and you're worried about how to stop the effects of anti-ageing - it's easy

  • stay out of the sun and wear a total sun block cream at all times
  • drink plenty of water - and then drink some more
  • eat plenty of fruit and veg - and then eat some more
  • don't pick your spots
  • use a good moisturiser every day and
  • use an even better one at night (when the skin repairs itself)
  • don't ever smoke - or stop smoking immediately
  • watch your alcohol intake (terribly dehydrating)
  • get a good nights sleep - every night
  • - and then hope and pray you've inherited good genes from your parents.

If like me though, you've reached a certain age without the benefit of the above advice, and now want to reduce your wrinkles, fine lines, huge pores, sagging neck and jowelly jaws you will need to do all of the above plus invest in expensive
anti-ageing creams (do they or don't they work!!) - anti-ageing facial exercises (they will make your partner laugh!) - cosmetic surgery or botox - OR WILL YOU?
